what do you do when you suddenly are under unforseen circumstances?

for instance,

people tell you you have cancer.
shock! horror! terror! errr.. i can't come up with anymore adjectives.

or for instance,
(eg)
people realise that your boobs aren't real.
shame! unhappiness... pride? HAHAHAHA>

but what's happening now to me i don't know what to do!!! :(
and i can't tell anyone -.-
